ok, heres the thing. i put a set of pioneer speakers in the back window on my car. theyre pretty good speakers and have great bass, but when i sit in the front seat I cant feel the bass hardly, but when in the back seat its soo overpowering all can hear is bass and can hardly even hear the tweeter on the speaker. The thing is, these speakers are kind of stuffer behind the back seat and are flat, facing up with the rug interior of the rear window sorta covering half the speaker. if i move them up and maybe face them on an angle towards the front would i feel more kick throughout the car? cause from the front, it sounds kinda hollow. |

Maybe out of phase. Try reversing the wires on the speakers and see if that helps. Speakers being out of phase can create a hollow sound. |
