I'd personally get the 600.1, the PG offers no more features than the JBL and is more expensive. The JBL is also 1 ohm stable. Plus PG is still kind of in the questionable category, they're improving, but some of their stuff is still not as good as other brands. Since I'm not as experienced with the newer PG stuff, I'm not going to guarantee or recommend you anything.

pg titanium and tantrum stuff is very nice

the rest like jon said is so-so

look at ebay for a kx600.1 or jbl bp600.1, better choices

1000rms @ 1ohm...
1 yr warranty

For the same price is the BP600.1 still better?

If your gonna be running at 2 ohms the jbl would be your better bet if your gonna be running at 1 ohm the hifonics would be better.
