I wish to know what frequencies must i set up and if i must use HF or Full frequency range .... I won't my system to be Loud and with good quality... 10x |

You'll need to use the HPF, set it around 75-80 hz. Those Perfects will need to break in for a little while, so don't drive them too hard, set the gains correctly and keep it at half volume or under for the first 20-40 hours. At first the tweeters will seem strong b/c the woofer hasn't broken in, just a warning, you may want to cut them down on the crossover. I'm guessing you know how to set the gains. |

I set the crossovers to -3dbs is that right ? they are still a little bright but i guess i'll let them break in... What about the gains --- this amplifier doesn't have a gain setting on it as my boss pd-4000... how come ? |

-3dB is right. It'll sound better once the surround gets more pliable -- then you can turn off the HPF. Also note that there are some "break-in" CDs that run an hour of low/mid tones to speed up the process of loosening the woofer. DO NOT play it loudly -- it just needs to flex, not break. Not all amps have gains. -Matt |
