I recently purchased a Rockford Fosgate Stage 2 15 single voice coil 8 ohm subwoofer. The sub is rated at 250w RMS and 500w Max. I am wondering how to connect this sub to an amplifier to get the best performance out of it. Most amps are bridgable at 4 ohms, how can I connect this sub to an amp to get best performance? Any advice is welcome... Thanks

ideally, you'd want two of them to wire in parallel to get a 4 ohm load
otherwise the sub is mostly useless at 8 ohms. that's more in line with home audio speakers at that load.
