Has anyone ever installed the amplifier power cable in a 97 suburban, i need a guide of where to run it through the firewall.

Heres how I did my 99. My amp is located under the back seat behind the driver, this way it doesnt interfear with someone getting into the third seat. I ran my amp wire from the battery down along the underside following the aux heater and AC hoses. I removed the sill plate, its the black plastic trim piece you see when you look down on the passenger side rear door opening. Drilled a 7/16" hole, watch out for AC and heater hoses under the truck!, installed a rubber gromet and ran the wire under the carpet to the other side and slit a small hole for the wire to neatly come out of.
