ok ive been looking on the internet for about an hour now and i cant find an alternator

i have 2 amps powering my subs. they put out 400w rms each (800w rms total). i think they have a 42 amp current draw each. then i also have an amp pushing my 2 6x9s. it is rated at 80w rms x 2 (160w rms total). im not sure what the current draw for this one is. i have an 88 f150 and i think it has a 65 amp alternator in it...maybe 75 amp. so i figure i need a 200 amp alternator but im not too sure. can someone do the quick math, as im not sure of the formula.

also where can i get a decently priced alternator to fit my truck. it has a 5.0L V8 (freakin gas guzzler). also do i need a new battery with a high output alternator? please help. thanks.
