I have a 1 farad Poweramper sp100d capacitor,
it doesn't require a resistor to charge it according to the poweramper.com. I got it while back but I never got this thing working right. I had lost the instrustion for the capacitor.
Problem, it's always on protected mode(red light on, green suppostly for fully charged), I never able to get it fully charge (green lights).

Any suggestion will try, thanx
