I believe DEI owns them along with ORION,PPI, etc....are they the same quality or a step above/below these companies? I am looking at an a/d/s 4 CHANNEL PQ40.2 I can pick up new for around $250 for another project of mine. |

Thats cheap for that amp! They are going for better than 350 on ebay. I hear they are excellent amps..not really for bass application so ive heard. I would like that amp for my set up which consists of midrange and highs. Ads has been around a long time. |

yes a/d/s is owned by directed now and is about on par with orion, ppi etc for present products.
not a bad amp by any means.
