i have 2 type X 12" i want to get a alpine amp i was looking on the alpine site there so many amps i am confused what do i need mono or stero. i am new to car audi.

If you want to power them with Alpine amps then get 2 of the Alpine MRD-M1001 amp. Have each amp run a sub.

Yeah go for 2 MRD-M1001 amps. Just be sure to buy a new 280-300 amp alternator.
