Out of these three brands of head units, how would you rate them in terms of overall quality? I have an Alpine now, but thinking of upgrading.

Which head unit is the best:
Alpine 9833 or 9835
Pioneer DEH-P860MP
Eclipse 5444

I am trying to stay around $300 and have foun most of these for around that range on ebay, except for the eclipse and I'm wondering if it is worth the extra $100.

My current system:
Horrible Blaupunkt head unit
front: CDT CL-62 components
Rear: 6 x 9 JBL Power series 3 ways
Amp: Soundstream EGA4160
