This is my personal opinion but its based on my empirical evidence. Obviously the speaker quality is measured by its performance. Focal, Infinity, DLS, and JBL are the best brands.
The best all around speaker (6 x 9) i ve ever heard are JBL Decade T-595 Limited Edition. JBL made them untill 2001. its a 3 way speaker 150 RMS, 300 Watts Max. Floating midrange and tweeter with frecuency splitter to prevent low frecuencies from damaging the tweeter. They produce an EXCELENT POWERFULL bass and good quality high sound. ncamocai@puc.cl
