I was just at a Memphis dealer this weekend checking out the 04 stuff, I did see some of the 03 equipment, but I wanted to check out the 04. Let me start by saying that the Memphis amps are really quite nice. If you are to buy one of these, you'll be happy. The memphis 1000D is probably the amp you're looking at, either in the 03 chrome finish or the black 04 finish. Either way, these are some small amps. The ST100D is barely even 9 inches long, if you can find the dimensions of these, you'll agree they're tiny little amps. Also, I really liked that the D class memphis are 90 percent efficient as opposed to most amps which are only 80 percent at class D. You'll like your memphis.
