WELL I WAS LOOKING INTO DIAMOND BUT THE DEALER THAT HAS THEM IS A DIKHEAD AND I REALY DONT WANT TO GIVE HIM MY MONEY. HE TALKS LIKE THE DIAMONDS ARE THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD AND IF I DONT BUY HIS STUFF IM GONNA REGRET IT. WELL I HAVE BEEN HEARING ALOT OF GOOD THINGS ABOUT ADIRE SHIVA'S AND BRAHMAS BUT AFTER CHECKING IN ON THEM I SEE THEY ARE MAINLY FOR HOME AUDIO. ANOTHER THING IS I HAVE NOT HEARD EITHER OF THEM SO WHAT DO YALL THINK OF THEM. OR ARE THERE ANY OTHER SUBS IN THAT PRICE RANGE THAT MAY BE BETTER 200-300 PER SUB

They are VERY hard to beat for their price range. The Shiva and Brahma are excellent subwoofers for car audio, and the Brahma is one of the top subs out there. The Brahma is geared for Car audio, not home, and the Shiva works well in either application. I'm not too crazy about Diamond's subs and don't consider to be at the top of my list, I like the Brahma much, much better. The Adire Brahma has excellent SQ and great SPL. Another sub to consider for that price range is the Image Dynamics ID Max, you can find it online around $300. Both the Brahma and ID max are fantastic subs, and I think both are better than the Diamonds.

i strongly recommend both subs too. i heard the id maxx and there was no problem with it to me. some subs wont sound as good if their not installed to specific specs provided by the manu.
those people problem threw it in a $50 box. they have some of the best sq and is one of the top three for 12s on my list. either one would be great. shivas are great for people who dont like to bang too hard. not enough spl there for me.

Another sub you may want to look at are the dayton loudspeakers which can be used for home or car audio and have really decent prices and come with a 5 year warranty.

http://www.partsexpress.com and search for dayton subs.
