Is it possible to connect a Sony CDX-T69 changer to my Alpine head unit ??
Is there anyone that sells adapters ie Sony male connector to an Alpine male 8 pin (din like) connector ? |

no, and you wouldn't want to anyway.
alpine's changers are leagues better than anything Sony has ever contrived.
but short answer is no. there's no adapter, and they are totally incompatible.
