Hey guys I got a problem. I found this amp and it says its 250@ 4ohms and 500@ 2ohms is this PEAK are is it RMS. Also is it a good amp that will last are is there something better? Here is the amp.

is that a good amp quality?

that seems a decent price for a 500W RMS amp.
