that totally depends on your wallet
THE best? I'd look at Zapco's Competition series amps, or McIntosh.

ok dont have the wallet for those amps... although ive seen a Zapco Amp power 2 L7's to maxiumum wattage ... but i need something more in the 200-300 dollar price range |

I've heard that the Hifonic amps don't have that great of reliability. I love my kicker amp, and ask most people. The Kickers are very well built, when used properly, they hold up well. The KX450.2 should do nicely. It has a little more than you'll NEED per say, but it will do well. In your budget too.
If you're not a fan of Kicker amps(which i was skeptical before I bought mine(its great)). Then I'd say go with the MTX thunder502. These are both nice amps and within your budget. |

Oh... if forgot, if you're looking to power TWO SETS of perfects, not just 2 speakers, then I'd go with the KX800.4. It'll push 100 RMS to each of your 4 speakers. |
