I need a headunit that isnt pricey(150 and under) that wont break but is also MP3 playable. I have 2 12inch subwoofers so power is also an issue. I have no idea on what to buy. Could someone help me out/?? |

look at Pioneer or Clarion. do NOT try to run 12" subs on head unit power. EVER buy an amplifier.

I have a pioneer head unit and i think their the best to work with and a lot easier to tune then others. plus the mp3 player is really cool but it might cost you about 180.00 still worth the money though. you wont regret it. |

I bought a Sony CDX-F5700 unit that is MP3 capable. I got it for $150.00 installed. So far I do not have any complaints and it works and sounds a lot better than the Kenwood that it replaced. More features too. |
