Hello,

I'm in need of the Kenwood KVT-911 Reset code. My head unit was stolen for the second time. I've found a replacement on Ebay. The funny thing is the crooks never check the back seat to remove the brain for this stereo.. They only take that deck and run away..

Luckly for me they didn't take the remote.

If anyone could help me i would appreciate it.

Kenwood codes cannot be calculated.

However many Kenwood radios are configured with the same security codes:
KCAR - This seems to be a "backdoor" to some Kenwood models.
3051 - This is the security code which is printed in the manual of many Kenwood models.
1234 or 1111 - are the security codes commonly chosen by Kenwood owners

Let me know if successful or not

If none of these work then it will have to be taken into a Decode Service who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
