So i was thinking about investing in an alpine Imprint technology EQ, i seen a few things that stated it really dident help sound quality.. opinions??

It sucks. Say goodbye to any bottom end your system might currently have. (Among other flaws)

I've used it with my 9887.. sounded great.. except lost all my midbass.. lowend was still there but without the midbass it just was not right

if your that serious i'd just step up to the h701.. you'll be far more happy
