I just bought a new alpine d310 for my chrysler 300 05 touring. I bought a harness and connected everything with crimps. When i hook the red ignition/acc wire from brain to harness it doesnt work but when i connect the acc wire with the constant it works great but wont turn off when i turn the car off unless i turn off the head unit with the button. its like the ign/acc wire on the harness is dead. HELP!

Prove the presence of Ignition Switched battery using a Multi-Meter or a Test Lamp.
