is it ok to run 2 amps for each sub on my jl w6's 1 amp is a spl 1600 and the other is a 100 nitro please help me get these things rocking

those amps are shitty. get a jl audio 1000/1 and power both of them at 2 ohms, if they 4 ohms a piece

the 1000/1 is the solid choice, if you don't want to spend that much though, get the AQ1200D and run them at 1 ohm. They'll get 600 rms a piece and be happy. What kind of box are they going in? If you need a good one, there are a few guys on the forum who can make you one. Bassman3 is one for example. Your encloure is as important as the power they are receiving.
