Hello, I am putting a Viper remote start (160XV) on my old 94 Cavalier. I am not crazy at all about cutting the starter wire fir the starter kill portion of the system. Since the car is so old, I am not really worried about someone trying to steal it. Is there a way to get around cutting the starter wire if you do not need to have starter kill active? I spoke with a rep at Viper who wouldnt go into install stuff too deeply with me but indicated that I would just connect the + starter wire to the vehicles uncut starter wire. Is that correct? I wanted to verify this before I went and messed up electronics.
