some people say that it is bad to run the power cable next to the rca cables can that really be bad? |

it's pretty much been proven that while in theory people can argue for EM/RF noise, the truth is that at low volume, there isn't enough current going through the lines to cause any interference, and at high power/high volume, what little noise could be introduced, would not be even close to audible over the music. tldr; you can run them together. the trouble comes when you run close to crossovers or other automotive electrical sources, like ignition systems. |
