What is the best components around 100-150rms, that will have LOUD MID(voice), and decent loud highs under 200
ive heard the Infinity Reference 6020cs with 85rms each, and dont like em, they have a weird not clean sound to me.i want something not as harsh as the infinity's, but cleaner with no distortion turned up
i want clean and loudest mid i can get under 200
maybe one of these would be cleaner???

The Diamond Audio D6 seems to fit your description pretty good. There might be others that can offer more suggestions but from what you got listed there, I'd go D6. As for sound not being harsh, keep your selections to silk or soft fabric tweeters compared to metal tweets and you should be fine.
As for the Infinity references, I used to have a pair 5 years ago and didn't mind them. they were a good buy for the price compared to the stock speakers in my car But then again, I had to do a lot of tweaking to the crossovers, the amp and HU settings to get the sound I was looking for. |

I like the D'6's and the SL60s' and that is an amazing deal on the Bostons.
I personally want to hear a set of the new MB PVI's but am weary as most places around where i live dropped the line when they moved production to china.
Also I am a big fan of the new ADS stuff. |

Focal, I have 165-K2P's and they are the best I have heard, but Utopia BE if your pockets are full of $$$$$$$$. I used to have MB Quart 218.16's made before they were sold and the quality was destroyed and they were very good. But the Focals are many steps ahead. I have an S2000 and am not running a sub. I have pushed the bass on my 475 Ti and have no desire to add a sub. |
