I believe that is all the 'numbers' the men can find on the unit. Am I missing some?
We have a team of men working away in Durham who are about to travel back home on a 5 hour drive without the radio working!

Yeah, I've already tried using www.myacura.com, which is pretty much the same site as radio-navicode.honda.com/. Unfortunately, you have to provide the original zip code & phone number for the vehicle - info I don't have. I was able to obtain the name of the original dealer, however, & I'm going to call them in a bit. Thanks anyway... |

There should be a 14 character Serial Number beginning with RG or RN or PH or similar and maybe a Security Number in the format of TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode so please quote EVERYTHING you can find |

AUDI do not make radios .They only affix their badge onto radios made by the large manufacturers (ALPINE , BLAUPUNKT etc).
This radio is made by MATSUSHITA and unfortunately the code is not available for free from anywhere on the Internet.

Check your Serial Number again.
GM0200T3046761
If it is correct then 0535 is the code that your radio left the factory with......and so it looks as though it has been recoded to a completely different number
Your only options now will be to take it into a Decoding Specialist or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop who will electronically read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) using a laptop and dump reading software......or buy a replacement radio with a code |

Had a new gear box put into my Renualt Laguna and since the battery was disconnected I need a code for and the radio. Can you please help.
I took the radio out and this is what I found on it

Thankyou so much,unfortunatly i spent £6 on two wrong codes and now the set is showing error so it'll have to go in to get unlocked. Red rooster you should set up a small donation/payment for the work that you are doing as there are so many cowboys out there burning people with wrong codes!

To unlock your radio, leave it SWITCHED ON....UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself (It may take many hours as the waiting time doubles after each wrong code) |

Hi!
We managed to open up my car radio it's a 2004 Chevrolet Optra LS (which is mainly Daewoo parts). I need a 4 digit code (from 1-6) to unlock my radio.
I found the following numbers:
The radio is a Daewoo Electronics Co. Ltd
Engraved in the chassis: J7T04286
Part #: 96453715
On a little white sticker: 30907201 06
ID Code: JM
Please let me know if these numbers can give a code or more information is needed.

The radio will have to be removed from the dashboard.
Then quote ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY BARCODES , LABELS or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.
There should be a 14 character Serial Number beginning with RG or RN or PH or similar and maybe a Security Number in the format of TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode so please quote EVERYTHING you can find |

Your radio is made by Clarion and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.(There are usually two barcodes on one label. The one required is the lower one )
If not then try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service |

I bought a Civic 2007 with in an auction and brought it to my country El Salvador, got the codes from Honda but the navi code don`t work and doesn`t let me in the system, they called the manufacturer and they said the code i was given in the begginning was correct and was supposed to work and was advised to take the car to a dealer but i cant in my country since they dont support this and i am left with no radio,
I tried disconnecting the antenna from the back of the system and the problem persisted. Do you think there is a chance that they do not have the codes updated on their database? It really does not seem like a hardware problem since I was able to perform different system diagnostics including the navi ecu test, and they all were satisfactory, I even reloaded the software from the navi CD. It drives me crazy not being able to use this. thanks a lot!

Perhaps that card does not belong to your radio.
You could check the Serial Number by removing the radio from the dashboard....but these Honda radios with five digit codes are usually made by ALPINE and so the code will not be available for free from anywhere on the internet.
It will be quicker + easier to take the radio into a Decode Specialist to electronically read+recode it. |

Please can you help me! The Radio in my car is in safe mode after having some work done at a garage. I have recently bought the car and dont have the radio code! I dont particulary want to pay Audi £55 for a code or wait untill next Thursday for that matter!!!!!
