I'm looking to replace the front speakers in a 1997 Honda civic. The speaker size is 6.5, the only problem is that there isn't much space to mount the speakers due to a plastic piece. For this reason I'm looking into shallow mount speakers (coaxial). The cars audio system is completely stock. I noticed that CDT Audio has some shallow mount speakers (coaxial), but I was unable to find any reviews about there shallow mount speakers? I would also like to hear some-other suggestions for speakers.
