Hello, I am trying to install a Pioneer P500DVD player. I have everything hooked up except for the green wire to the parking switch. I can't find it in my jeep yet but does that need to be connected in order for the device to turn on? Because as of now, its not on. But the red blinker (security) is on so the power is there....Please help!

Those guys can help you. I know the wire is suppose to go to your ebrake somewhere. But not even I know how to wire it. At avic 411, they can show you how to bypass the parking brake so you can have the tv functional while driving.
