hi i have a TOAD A101 CL and need to find out if i set my own pin or is it pre programmed in to the alarm?

the alarm has been used, i took it out of my old car.
it was professionaly fitted but they did`nt give me a pin when i picked my car up from them 2 years ago and i now need to find out if the pin will be wiped or if it is still the same after they fitted it?
if anyone can help please do

any help will be greatly appreciated
