CLARION are a bit of a problem to decode as the only one that can be decoded for free by Serial Number is if yours also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C7000000 + + + + . somewhere on the radio casing (Usually found on a label with two barcodes ...the one required is the lower one ) |

note: the Decoding Dervice or local Store are the better options just in case your radio has been recoded from the original code it left the factory with.(It is unlikely you will get any money refund if it has been recoded)
However if you are lucky , you may be able to "blag" a free code from one of the Main Dealers ( worth trying?) |

Hi, could you supply the code for my PU- 2294a....C70000003646......the previous owner had handwritten the code 6335 in the handbook but that code doesn't unlock the radio....many thanks Tony

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.
(There are usually two barcodes on one label. The one required is the lower one )
If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) |
