The other morning my car did not start so we thought it was the starter. We replaced the starter and when hooking up the battery, the car keeps trying to start while the key is off. I have a Viper remote start. A technician said to hook the battery up and have someone step on the brake. This has stopped the car from trying to start but now there is nothing when we put the key in and try to start. Nothing comes on - nothing tries to start - any suggestions?
