Hi, I've got a Kenwood KDC-C717 that has a stuck cartridge (it's a 10-disc changer). Does anyone know how to remove it from the changer? The unit powers up, but doesn't register as loaded on the head unit, and the eject button doesn't do it's thing, either. Kenwood wouldn't help over the phone.
