I recently installed a Kenwood bt838u and all was going great. The built in bluetooth functioned perfectly. I got in my car yesterday and the bluetooth would not connect. I would have to go in and manually connect, which the phone showed it did, but the head unit would not show a phone connected.

I am looking for a way to reset the headunit to factory setting or a way to update the firmware. I found kenwood's firmware but it does not look like there is an update out for the bt838u.

Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
