my highs are giving that alt whining and i dont know how to fix it!

will someone who actually knows what they are talking about help me?

the last person who said they knew what they were talking about was a dumbass and thought i was a retard and told me to switch + and - on the amp.(of course i laughed i his face for thinking anyone could be that stupid)

anyways someone else told me to ground the amp housing and that didnt work at all.

i read somewhere else on here to ground the RCA cables, and i dont know how to do that.

i also don't know how to fix the ground side fuse on my RCA's of my amp if thats it(<- ???)

someone who knows please help
