Can someone just explain how to install a line out converter. also, are there any downsides to using them? |

There really arent too many downsides to using a LOC. unless you plan on buying a new HU, it's the best way to go. and you will have to splice into existing speaker wire, then run rca's from the LOC to your amp. that's pretty much all there is too it. |

im using it instead of getting a new HU. I have no idea what kind of loc to get or where to get it though. |

if you're just trying to add a subwoofer, you can get a much cheaper one than that. |

actually, the owner of RD Audio just posted in another thread that he has a TON of install accessories for sale. im sure he could hook you up at a really good price. the thread title was something about a 0/4 gauge distribution block. so just look at that thread and read steve miller's post. |

hey i got a question about LOC's, for the Scosche one(think thats the one i have) what should i have the 2 gains set too? like qtr way? half way? |
