There is no sound while the radio is open and even though there is a mute button I don't know how it works  |

That model is made by Alpine and the model number is MF2910. The mute button is located at the bottom left hand side of the center display as indicated in the picture below. Below that is a screenshot of page 15 of the users manual that shows how to operate the mute function. At bottom is a link to the complete users manual in pdf.

thank you for the info. I tried pressing the button but it didn't work. I must be doing something wrong...Don't know. Maybe someone pressed another button and caused this. |
