anyone know where to get a replace ment fet?
Ive looked for a while, but no luck, Radio Shacks suggested i buy a new Cell phone and go on-line with it to look for one.

A link to it would be what im looking for. Thanks.

Ive traced to specs to make it easier to read.

heres the manufacures web page on them, but i cant find witch is the replacement, as I cant find the specs of the original.

Still cant seem to find any..

Dude I tried searching. I kept getting thrown into jap sites. Fets are not easy to search for.

got them at digikey.
The replacement part number is almost the same as the original.
ya, little stuff like that is a pain to track down.
