I have a pair of Rockford Fosgate 301m mono amps that i would like to use specifically for midbass.

midbass driver would be the CDT ES 6 series

Will this produce a clean midbass?

Sure. That would send 150RMS to each and is technically better than using a standard two-channel amp that shares a common power supply. This is why some audiophile level two-channel amps such as the DLS A3 use a "twin mono" design, which means that there is a seperate power supply and output section for each channel.
