ok well there's a guy offering me 2 MB Quart RWE-354 15" Subs for $200 shipped. They need 1.5 cuft sealed so i was thinking of putting them in a 4cuft box in my trunk and trying them out... but my main goal is to have alot of cone area.... am i making a mistake? i trust you guys... like i want it to sound good but i want it loud and to be heard aways away.. |

Not a bad SQ sub but also not nearly as good as their old stuff. Won't be "heard aways away" as you say. They go for around $179 each. |

MB Quart was recently bought out by Maxxsonics. I've sold a few of the Discus series here at the store that were on closeout. The build quality was consistent, the design was good, venting, high roll surround ect, and they sounded great. ...for the money I'd say they're good subs. We still sell their components as well, although not the early German built quality MB Quart once was, they're still good sounding speakers, at an affordable rate. |
