I forgot to take out the fuse on the power wire and it sparked when I inserted into amp...I think it killed it.

Well does it work? A spark is normal when you make the connection the completes the cuircuit.......

and learn what youre doing before yo udo break something. You don't take the fuse out you disconnect the negative battery cable.
