well i just bought 4 10" Hifonics Brutus square subs i'm waiting on my Elevation Audio DX1500.1 amp 1500 at 1 ohm i'm gonn put the subs in 5 cubes tuned to 38 hz its in an 01 pontiac bonneville trunk car FTL anyways you think i can break 140 with this setup? |

haha i have faith in you breaking 140's . im doing 4 kicker cvr's in 5 cu ft hopefully and i know for sure with tuning i will break 140 . well not for sure but i hope so with around 1500 rms is my goal. and i want to be in the mid 140's |

yeah i was either gonna run cvrs or brutus subs but i decided no one else in my town have brutus subs |

if the box is ported and you don't break 140.... There is a mojor problem... |

if his seats fold down he will do better but I think if he reaches a 140 it wont be much over it at 40-46 hz which is where I think his resonant frequency will be with those subs in the box hes building....my trunk car peaks at 41 to 43 hz in a 1 cf sealed box on two different 12's I own on subs with a low fs of 20 hz....also my seats dont fold down and im holding back a decent amount of pressure in the trunk because my back deck flexes |
