i just recently installed this amp (mb quart raa1000) into my '02 olds intrigue the other day with two kicker cvr 12s hooked up to it as well.
i was just wondering what the optimal settings would be to produce the best sound output. it sounds pretty good now but i wouldn't even know the difference since i just recently installed it.
i've included two pictures below of the settings panel just in case anyone needs to see it.
also, if it makes a difference, i listen to mostly rock and alternative music music. rarely rap.

these are the settings i was told from a different source.

gain: halfway
phase: mess with to see what sounds best
ss freq: greater than 20
ss filter: off
bass eq Q: mess with to see what sounds best
bass eq freq: mess with
lpf freq: one quarter
front end defeat: off

if anyone else has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

phase goes at 0.
Gain: doesn't go half way... you need to set it properly... go to jlaudio.com and watch their gain tutorial.
