i was just thinking if my amp has a 25amp fuse could i put a 30amp in it to get more performance out of it

Only use what is recommended for the amp, you are only asking for trouble with the bigger fuse

NEVER replace a fuse with a bigger one, that defeats the entire purpose of the fuse being there.

You'd get 2 things -
a higher likelyhood of amp damage if, for some reason you had a current surge at the amp.
Higher likelyhood of fire.
