Hello all, newbie here trying to learn something with the masters...

I wonder if you could help. What would be the best (quality wise, no money compromise) amp ever to fit in a car?

TIA

Depends really. There are alot of great brands out there, but with htat said, there are ALOT more that are horrible. What are you looking to power? You need an amp for subs, speakers, or both?

Are you just simply wanting to know, or actually looking for something specific, for your own use?

The best amp ever would be a hard thing to determine, since everyone has their own opinion and/or different experiences with products (this goes for most car audio products).

Lets just give him what he wants. He probably is just some kid wanting to be amazed. My personal opinion Jorge, Sony Explod. They are great, and man are they cheap, hell you can find them at Walmart.

No kid here, but tks anyway, wish I was. I am studying the possibility of adding a high-end state of the art amp to my car, that's all. Nevertheless, thanks for all the answers till now.

Here is a list of car audio brands in very generalized categories... just some brands to look into.

There was a list that the users of this forum came up with, if I find it I will post it or hopefully someone else will see this and can help find it.

What do you mean? The serial number is on the back of the amp. As far as amps go, those are way up there. Brax? Helix?

All of the amplifiers mentioned by James Longo up above would be what you're looking for.
