I am gonna run my vr1000d for my subs and my vr404 for my components and my rear coax's any suggestions on what kinda charging system I should use like wire gauge H.O. alt maybe,and batteries?

100 amp alt you have then. I would get an HO alt but the stock one may be able to do it.

If you do decide to go HO get the biggest one possible, you can't have too much.
