Alright, i've got the dmm, what voltages should the wire read at all spots with the car on.

i know my power should read ~14v and what not, but if you could, write down where the voltages should all roughly be (remote from HU, remote at the amp, ground, rca's....)

thanks alot, i thought i had it fixed today but then it stopped working again...

for those who don't know, my amps and eq stopped turning on, so i figured that it was the low remote voltage, so i hooked up a relay and it worked temporarily, but then stopped again and i'm stumped.

bump

also, when i did get it to work (after it conked out the first time) the highs would cut out when i cranked it up decently loud...

before it stopped working the first time, i had absolutely zero problems, no cutting out or anything...

Everything you listed should read around 14 volts but the RCAs. Those carry musical signals.
