How the hell do I wire this? My amp is rated at 1 ohm so I would prefer to get it as close to possible to that number. Any help would be great. Thanks!

You can wire it to 1.4 if you wire it in series parallel.

Indeed. Then look at your amps 1 and 2 ohm ratings, and about half way between them is what kind of power you should get at that impedance.
