2 15' Kicker 07 Comp subwoofers. Going to run them at 4ohms. Need a good amp. Budget is around $200-300. Also could I use a mono amp if I wired them together or something?

i have a kicker kx450.2 for sale it would be perfect for them does 500 rms @ 4 ohms bridged. will sell for $200 shipped wit a tracking number

Each sub is 4ohms. Kicker 750zx will only give out 375rms @ 4ohms. So I will prolly need 2 amps right?

Nope. You will need an amp that does 500w rms @ 2 ohms.

I have an Ample Audio amp that is 500 rms at 2 ohms mono. Comes wit 1 year warranty for $235 shipped.

you can hook them up to this amp hook 1 up to each channel you will get 250 rms x 2 @ 4 ohms. so each sub will get 250 rms.

A guy a know had 4 15" kicker Comps on a Rockford T3002 and it was bangin good. He had the4subs wired to a 1ohm load so the T3002 would bang the hell out of those 2 you have just wire them to 2ohm anther you go.
