an amp with ample power is rarely a bad thing. The 1006 is probably not actually 250x2, but not too far off. A conservative gain setting should keep your speakers safe and really bring them to life. However, I think the 6006 should still have plenty of power to bring the best, or close to the best out of those speakers. I think the 6006 is plenty, but if the 1006 isn't much more expensive I'd probably go that route. From what I can find - considering cost it looks like the 6006 would be the logical choice.
