well i decided to hook my door speakers to my 400w 2/3/4 channel amp but once i did this there was no music no nothing but i kno for a fact the speakers wrk and the amp was im pretty sure all hooked up right.. but iono wats wrong and i need yalls help.. so basically i need to kno the correct way to hoook an amp to speakers and have music come out of them.. |

Well with a 4 channel amp and 4 speakers its fairly straightforward. Run power wire from the battery, run a good ground from the amp to the chassis of the vehicle. You need 2 pairs of RCA's and run them from the back of the head unit to the correct inputs on the amp. Then get some 12g speaker wire and run positive and negative wires from the amp to the speaker and repeat. Hope this helps. |

well i only have one pair of RCA cables running into my radio into the holes labled front speakers then to the amp on like side A or sotmhing like that.. do i need to get another cord? |
