i just bought the dnx5120 amazing unit only prob is i cant get it to let me turn my sub on yes the sub is hitting but this wont allow me to control the sub level i contacted kenwood they cant fig it out my rcas are in the correct spot so idk what the prob could be anyhelp would be great it seems like the HU isnt acknoledging that the amp is hooked up thanks in advance.
